After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. KeenArtMedia went above and beyond to make sure our replacement art arrived safe and sound. Not only is their work beautiful but the customer service is superior too.
Denaige M., Calgary | not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
KL, | Terrific Mosaic effect I received the print of my order and it is terrific. I know the mosaic aspect is not perfect but it serves my purpose very well. In fact I would like to place a second order using the same mosaic pictures and a different main photo.
